Please note that outbound booth shipments will be picked up by FedEx and shipped out from the hotel following the event.
Before leaving your booth materials or outbound packages, please ensure that all items are properly labeled and have a completed FedEx airway bill/shipping label attached.
Please also note:
- FedEx cannot coordinate or facilitate pickups by third-party couriers.
- Outbound shipments will be subject to outbound handling fees, in addition to any applicable shipping or transportation charges.
- Any applicable shipping, handling, and storage fees will remain the responsibility of the designated payer.
